Thank you for listening to Jay of the Dead’s New Horror Movies, The Gold Standard of Horror Movie Podcasts.
A Nightmare on Elm Street is THE FILM that got me in to film making. I’ve seen it dozens of times and have most of the Wes, Heather, John, and Jacques commentary memorized.
I appreciate Bob Shaye, BUT the ending he imposed on Wes is so egregious that I actually will stop the film and shut it off as Nancy is running down the sidewalk. It’s the simple fan edit that makes the film even greater.
I was having a rough night and, as I usually do on rough nights, I came over here to pick an episode to listen to and clear my head. I literally went “Oooo” out loud to myself when I saw the new episode.
About to give it a listen, thanks for the episode!
Please don’t misuse the inflatable Megan doll Just sayin
Congrats spawn on the crowning of a new horror avenger. Well worthy.
I’m loving this elm street episode. So glad to hear Ron like a movie haha. Kidding Ron. I love hearing your insight. Love ya Ron
