Awwww — now I feel called out… I eat brussels sprouts! And I don’t *think* I’m a psycho.
The way we were fed them as kids was no good though. You can throw away anything that comes out of a can or the freezer. Get fresh ones, cut them in half and either flash-fry them in a wok or roast them in the oven at high heat after tossing them with olive oil, a little salt, and a lot of garlic.
This is a little belated, but I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, that the whole holiday season has been a safe and festive one, and that the coming new year is happy and prosperous.
Honestly, I’m laughing this morning that Jan-Gel has become such a part of the show’s lore. Perhaps he’s been my spirit animal all along…
